Mini Brownie Batter Donuts

A easy recipe for baked mini Brownie Batter donuts. These are packed with protein and light and fluffy. 

Ingredients:

 

I use Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter Protein Powder as the base this recipe. It’s 2 Freestyle smartpoint per scoop.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients into a small mixing bowl.Pour batter into a lightly greased silicone mini donut pan.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Put 1 Tbsp sugar free frosting in a microwaveable bowl for 15 seconds to melt the frosting and then spread evenly on top of donuts.
  5. Add sprinkles.

Servings: Makes 5 mini donuts/ 1 Freestyle Smartpoint EACH.

Notes:

  • I’ve made batches with cold water and some with warm or hot water and I found that the batter with the warm or hot water had a smooth texture when I poured them into a lightly greased donut pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter protein powder (or one sample packet) or you can use 1/4 cup of another protein powder that is specifically made for baking
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup warm or hot water
  • 1 Tbsp Pillsbury sugar free chocolate frosting (melted)
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

I just ran across this yummy looking recipe for "mini" donuts. I need to purchase a donut pan and your link connects to a full-size donut (3") pan. Can you clarify for me, please? Thanks so much. And I want to add that I'm so glad I found your website through Jenn's WW Journey video on YouTube!
