Was looking losing on the previous plan. I stopped and have plateaued for 3 months since switching. I’m trying the diabetes plan now which has more points and less zero foods to see if it helps. It’s more similar to the plan I was on.

I am sorry we're no longer counting water and veggies as an incentive. That was very motivational for me. Other than that, I'm okay with the new plan, although I do feel I need to re-check all the point values again, as many not mentioned seem to have changed.

@Bambi, but that plan rewarded us for eating low fat foods high in fake sugar etc The Personal point plan seemed more up to date encouraging good fats and high GI carbs.

@Ellen, I totally agree. The wholemeal pasta and potatoes made family meals achievable. I'm cross that existing members don't seem to have been made aware of these changes or given a choice. I too recommended WW to others because personal points was a sustainable plan and not restrictive. I renewed my membership after xmas unaware of these changes and wish I hadn't. I do a lot of exercise so I may just not count wholemeal past as long as I'm sensible.

I’ve read most of the previous comments on this site about moving from Personal points plan to the new one. I was so surprised to see the same thoughts as myself:
- think new plan going backwards; too restrictive.
- eliminating incentive ( getting additional daily point) for eating more veggies and drinking more water. Seems new plan is just handing out participating trophys.
- the potato issue mentioned. I am not happy with potatoes (and many other starchy) now being a lot of points.
- loved my 48 pd weight loss since end March 2022. Slow and steady.
Was VERY happy with progress and program and even encouraged other weight loss seekers to check WW out- I raved about the program. No more. Have seriously thought about leaving WW and looking for something else. So disappointing.

I absolutely loved the plan of long ago it was very strict and you certainly count have zero point foods ! It was not easy but I don’t care what anybody says losing weight takes sacrifice and discipline ! You could lose the weight and be on your way now it appears to be long and drawn out to keep people coming forever … also I do not like them pushing all the boxes snacks .. yes you use to be able to buy some great frozen foods in years past but now it seems that the boxes fiords have taken over … I am not trying to be negative but I would rejoin if you had a three month intense get it gone plan! You couldn’t even have a banana on the old plan and now you can eat all you want .. ridiculous

I loved the old plan getting points for non starchy vegetables and for drinking water. I lost over 30 lbs using the 9ld plan. I use to be able to eat a potato for a snack with zero points now it is 3 to 4 points? Why??? Also WW is falling behind the times and science when it comes to healthy fats and LDL. I am not sure I will be continuing to be a WW member. I am seriously considering canceling my plan. Maybe WW should give it's customers a choice of which plan they would like to follow!
