What Ingredients do I need for this Big Mac Salad?

  •  96% extra lean ground beef or 99% fat free ground turkey-I usually use 96% extra lean ground beef. You may substitute that for 99% ground turkey.

  • Romaine or Iceberg lettuce-chopped
  • Diced tomato or 12 grape tomatoes-optional.  Now, I know Big Mac’s DO NOT have tomatoes on them…however;  I love adding them in this Big Mac Salad for added deliciousness and color!
  • Red or white onion– diced. Big Mac’s have minced white onion on them.
  • Reduced fat cheddar cheese -I use Trader Joe’s 3 Lite Cheese Blend or Velveeta Shreds )
  • Dill pickles-diced

I bought kens light thousand island instead of making the sauce for saving time purposes and used 2 tbs for 3 points. It was really good but does add two additional points. Used kraft fat free cheese instead of light as well. I will definitely be making again
