Can the two ingredient dough be frozen after it has been rolled out. I would like to make several pizza rounds and have them ready for a quick lunch or dinner. I have been loving all of your recipes. I can serve them to my daughter and her husband and they don't know they are eating healthy. I started WW 5 weeks ago and have lost 12 1/2 pounds.

Hi- You can use a gluten free flour and add 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to it - that will make it self rising gluten free flour!
