Hi Lisa,

I cook mine in a nonstick skillet-and the cauliflower has enough moisture so it won’t stick-but if you wanted-you can spray you pan with some non stick cooking spray. It doesn’t need oil.

Yes, you’ll want to thaw it out completely and pat dry with some paper towels since the frozen cauliflower tends to carry a lot more water.
