I made this for the first time today for tonight’s dinner and it was DELICIOUS!
I used 2 frozen chicken breasts and they were done in 3 hours (I have a smaller, 2 person crockpot) I took the advisement that the gravy would be thinner when using frozen chicken, so I added a tablespoon of flour to the gravy ingredients when I mixed them together. It worked well and I may try 1.5 tablespoons next time.
This was HIGHLY approved by my picky-eater husband, so much so that he had two servings.

Yet another “winner, winner chicken dinner!” The store only had full-fat half and half, so I added 1 more point per serving. My chicken was just barely defrosted so I baked it for the full 22 minutes-perfect! My husband who isn’t crazy about spinach, thought it was really good. This is going in the rotation!
