I have never cooked with laughing cow, but I believe it would be lower in points (for weight watchers) just not sure how well it does in cooking. I cut this recipe in half and used the single serving Barilla fully cooked penne and made two servings.
This was a delicious dish. I added a few black olives to mine.

Follow-up to my comment above: the greek yogurt cream cheese is made by Green Mtn Farms. It’s definitely got that tang to it. I made fruit dip with marshmellow creme and it was ok for me but probably needed some sweetener or something. I guess I just love that full-fat dip too much. But, trying to resist because I can’t stop eating it. Lol, at least you eat it with fruit.
