Made this tonight! My hubby and I loved it!
Had about a pound and a half of chicken, but the liquid worked well still.
I went to find my cream cheese to find it expired . Subbed 3 wedges of garlic and herb laughing cow and a splash of fat free half and half.
Served with broccoli and egg noodles

I made this last night for dinner for my son and me. It was my first time using my instant pot. It was absolutely delicious!! The only thing I changed up was I added some sautéed mushrooms I had in the fridge. It was super easy to make. The only thing I might do differently next time is reduce the cook time. I couldn’t believe how few FS points these were. Because I am a good mother I let my son have the leftovers but these will be on the menu again very soon. Thank you for this recipe!!!

This was delicious! So easy to make and was so incredibly good. My dad, an extremely picky eater even expressed his love for this meal. Came to 9pts for me when I added the recipe in the ww app, I used no yolks egg noodles though, this could be the difference in points. Perfect low point meal for dinner, will be hanging on to this and definitely making again! Thank you for sharing and making this lifestyle that much easier to enjoy!

Excellent recipe! My family isn't always fond of my WW dishes I serve, but this one was SO tasty and delicious - everyone loved it (even my picky 7 yr old son)!!

Delicious!!! I made it in the instapot as directed. I doubled the recipe and used chicken tenderloins. I cooked for 10 minutes because of the added volume. I didn’t add salt, pepper or parsley. Served over the Carba Nada with roasted asparagus as a side. Thank you for this incredible recipe. My whole family LOVED it!!! It is definitely going into our meal rotation.
