Hi Angela

Yes, the Roma tomatoes are for optional garnish. They do not go into the sauce. I had written that at the very top but forgot to include that in the recipe steps! It’s now updated.

Made this tonight…it was amazing! Didn’t have almond milk so just used 1% milk…didn’t use Roma tomatoes since didn’t see it in recipe instructions…I am thinking of using that pesto sauce with salmon next it was so tasty!
