I recommend freezing these without the glaze. You can store them in an air tight container or zip lock bag in the freezer for up to a month.

How old are these freeze? With or without the glaze?

Hi Courtney,

If you don’t have a donut pan, you could use a 12 cup-muffin tin. Be sure to spray the pan before adding the batter.

Cooking time would be the same.

I do not have a donut pan. Would these hold up well enough to cook in a drop biscuit fashion? Or would they spread out too much? Maybe a muffin tin?

They look delicious! Definitely want to make for Saturday Snack 🙂
