I see someone else asked this question but there are no replies. This was okay after a night in the refrigerator. I didn't have lemon extract so maybe that explains why it was kind of bland. I took a slice out and then re-covered it with plastic wrap. This morning it has a lot of gross looking liquid in the pie tin I used. Did I do something wrong when baking? Is there a way to store this so it doesn't happen? I've been using your recipes for YEARS and this is the first time i ever had any kind of issue. Thanks!

Hi Shannon

Let the cheesecake set up in the fridge prior to freezing.

Thank you!

Can you put them straight in the freezer or should they set up in the fridge before you freeze them?

Taste so good that I started eating it before putting it in the fridge
I used 1 box of jello sugar free cheesecake, and added 1/2 cup of cream cheese and 1 Tbsp of Capella NY Cheesecake flavor. Publix brand fat free yogurt is not the best but is what I had, next time I’ll use great value.
Thanks!!!

In reply to <a href="https://thepounddropper.com/lemon-cheesecakes/comment-page-3/#comment-9678">Jocelyn Billock</a>.

Hi Jocelyn

Yes they can be made using 12 regular size muffin tin. Be sure to not use liners as they can be a bit soggy and will tear easily. I recommend spraying with non stick cooking spray instead. Cook for 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before chillin' in the fridge for at least 12 hours in the muffin tin.

Thanks so much
