I want to make this for my friend who is on WW but she is diabetic so need to have the Keto cake mix instead. Will the points be the same? Or how do I figure the points out so she knows.

Yes, if you make these into cupcakes you will bake them for 15-18 minutes at the same temperature.

Hi Mary,

Yes, this could be made into 16-18 muffins. It freezes well. Just let them thaw in the fridge overnight.

I was wondering about cupcakes too. We wouldn’t eat this whole cake but could keep and freeze extra cupcakes.
