Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Waffle

A mint chocolate waffle packed with over 20 grams of protein. You just can’t go wrong!

Ingredients:

Topping Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip.
  • 3 Tbsp Mrs Butterworth’s sugar free syrup
  • 7g Lily’s no sugar added Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, using a fork mix together protein powder, egg, water, flex flavor & baking powder.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased waffle iron.

Servings: Makes 1 large waffle / 3 Freestyle smart points for waffle and toppings

  • 1 scoop or sample packet of Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter protein powder or 1/4 cup of any flavored protein powder.
  • 1 Devotion Nutrition Mint Chocolate Chip flex flavor or dash of mint extract
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Topping Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip.
  • 3 Tbsp Mrs Butterworth’s sugar free syrup
  • 7 g Lily's no sugar added Chocolate Chips
