 What ingredients do I need to make these Two Point Lucky Charms Cupcakes?

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine kodiak mix, protein powder.
  3. Using a wire whisk, mix in egg, sugar substitute, unsweetened applesauce, extract and water until well blended.
  4. Place 12 cupcake foil liners into a muffin tin or spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour batter into each liner (about 1/2 full).
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Evenly spread 1 Tbsp of fat free cool whip on top of each cooled cupcakes.
  9. Using a food scale measure out 2 grams of Lucky Charms marshmallows and sprinkle on each cupcake.

Question: Can I include a FLEX Flavor Stick to make any flavor? (I would omit the Lucky Charm marshmellow)
