Hi Lindsay

These are best stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Just reheat in the microwave or air fryer or at room temperature.

Thanks

I’m wondering if the brownies would be more moist and less cake-like if I used 1 egg instead of 2? Have you tried this?

Your recipes are delicious. Halved this recipes & made 15. These brownies are delicious did come out a little sponges but I take it bc I did over cook mine about 3 mins or perhaps I did something else wrong in preparing. First time to use the sugar substitute but taste fine to me. Thank you for all of these helpful recipes. I love the biscuit recipe & cook the biscuits in my air fryer On 375 for 9 mins & they come out perfect every time. Thank you very much‼️

Hi Danielle

The only thing I could think of when you say they were bitter..is the unsweetened cocoa powder. I've tried a few different brands that have a bitter taste-which would be the reason for the "bitterness" that you are referring to.

I love the Great Value Unsweetened Baking Cocoa, 8 oz.Try using a different unsweetened baking cocoa and that will make a big difference.

Thank you!

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’ve made these 3 times and they are coming out bland. I’m using the lakanto baking sweetener and the land o lakes butter with canola oil. They come out bitter instead of sweet. I just don’t know what I’m doing? Any suggestions?

Ok I think I figured this out. I did use all of the ingredients you had called for but I used regular lakanto sweetener as opposed to the “for baking” one. I didn’t know there was a different one! I’m looking forward to trying these again with the right sweetener.
