One point Peanut Butter Waffle

This protein packed peanut butter waffle is great way to start your day! It’s made using protein powder, egg, peanut butter, and water. It just doesn’t get easier than that!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and whip with a fork to get the batter nice and fluffy.
  2. The batter should be on the thinner side. But not toot thin. (Too much water will make the batter over flow.)
  3. Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into waffle iron.

Servings: 1 waffle

GREEN:1 Smart Point if using 2 egg whites or 3 Smart Points per serving if using a whole egg

BLUE: 1 Smart Point per serving

PURPLE: 1 Smart Point per serving

Notes:

  • I added 1 @alyssascookies for 1 smart point, 4 tbsp fat free Reddi Whip and 1/4 cup Mrs Butterworth’s sugar free syrup

Hi there, If you don’t mind, would you please remove my previous comment? I made the recipe as it was originally printed, with Quest peanut butter protein powder, not with Devotion. I understand that you’re a Devotion Nutrition affiliate but my comment doesn’t apply to your edited recipe.

I just made this today and absolutely loved it! I did want to ask what brand peanut butter powder you used... I made mine with PB2 and my waffle came out to 2 points rather than 1. Totally worth it to me, but I’m just curious. BTW, I used the Lakanto sweetener you’ve recommended in this and it was great!
