I just want you to know that I made the pepperoni crusted stuffed chicken breasts this evening and my husband that is not a big fan of chicken just loved it! He even went back for seconds! Definitely a keeper!

Yes, these can be assembled 48 hours before cooking. Just store in an airtight container in the fridge and add 5-8 minutes extra to the baking time.

I made It last night and it was a hit! Only thing is the laughing cow cheese gave the chicken that touched it a very weird texture that I didnt Like, so I’ll just use mozzarella next time!
