I found these a bit bland…there was not enough pumpkin taste/flavor for my tastes. The bagel themselves were good. Nice texture and nice looking. I am not new to 2 ingredient bagels; I usually make them with Everything But the Bagel seasoning so I am used to a lot of flavor. I may make them again and tweak the ingredients to up the flavor profile to my tastes.
