These were very good, not too sweet at all, which I really liked but the cool whip helped with that. The only thing is, I had to bake mine about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said just to get the knife to come out clean. Will definitely make again!

I made this with almond milk egg nog for fun it is super good it only added 1 more we point to the recipe. Love this recipe both ways!

It should be a bit moist when it’s done in the oven, but not watery at all. It will firm up a bit more as it cools too. If it’s too watery- if may need to be baked a little longer! Keep in mind ovens can vary in temperature.

Excellent recipe! I made a batch this morning and enjoyed a piece for breakfast and another for my afternoon snack. It uses the perfect blend of spices and the sweetness is nicely balanced. I’ve packaged the rest in separate baggies to pull out of the freezer to keep fresh ad enjoy later. Thanks for this winner, Lindsay!
