Nothing like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Protein Waffle to start your day with!

This Reeses’s Peanut Butter Protein Waffle are so easy to make, contain only a few ingredients and actually taste very delicious!

What ingredients are used to make this Reese’s Peanut Butter Waffle?

  • Protein Powder or Kodiak Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • unsweetened Hershey’s powdered cocoa
  • peanut butter powder (mixed in batter)
  • baking powder
  • nonfat Greek yogurt

What protein powder is used to make this Reese’s Peanut Butter Protein Waffle?

Protein Powder– This is the base of the protein waffle and is the most important ingredient. It DOES matter what brand of protein powder you use. I use Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter Protein Powder as the base this recipe. Devotion Nutrition protein powder is specifically made for baking and cooking. Many brands I’ve tried make do not turn out.  Devotion Nutrition protein powder is low in points, high in protein, and tastes delicious!

You may substitute the protein powder for 1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Dark Chocolate Pancake Mix for 1 additional Smart Point per serving.

You can find this online HERE via Amazon.

Devotion Brownie Batter Protein Powder is 2 Smartpoint per scoop.

You can order this protein powder online and save 10% using promo code PD10.

What waffle iron is recommended?

I love and recommend the Hamilton Beach waffle iron. It cooks the waffle crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I highly recommend it for your waffles!
