I love Cobb Salad! To cut back points, when I make what I call my Cobb-ish Salad I use Canadian Bacon that I crisp a bit in a dry skillet by cutting in from the edge about halfway on all four sides, then dry-frying it until the natural sugars in the meat brown a little, then I cut it into matchstick size pieces. 1-1/2 slices = 0 Freestyle points. Two ounces of fat-free Feta = 1 Freestyle point, because I always have Feta on hand, never have blue cheese.

Just thought I'd share my variations. Love your recipes. Thanks!
