Hi Alice,

You could use skim milk, low carb milk, cashew milk. The points may vary but it most definitely can be substituted.

My husband and I love corn dogs and always have to get one at the fair each year! I knew this was a dish I needed to make, so I did just today! I had only 3/4 cup cornmeal,, and the crust came out great, nice and thick. Each of us drizzled the top with yellow mustard, which is exactly how we like our fair corn dogs! Great recipe…thank you!
