I use Rumford Aluminum-Free Baking Powder. It won’t matter as long as its aluminum free-that way it doesn’t interact with the citrus!

It is so delicious and easy to make. I baked a loaf and then made muffins which are even better and so easy to keep track of points. I followed the recipe exactly using apple sauce. One time I didn’t have enough cranberries, so I substituted frozen dark cherries – so good!! Thanks so much! Please keep posting these wonderful recipes!

yes, you can use gluten-free flour. The point value may vary depending on the brand of flour you use. I recommend using the ww app recipe builder to determine the point value for the brand you use.
