Thanks so much. I substituted the flour and cocoa with Kodiak Dark Chocolate but I only used 1 and 1/2 cups. Did not add 2/3 cup more. But they turned out great!

Hi

If you are going to use the Kodiak Chocolate pancake mix and not use cocoa powder, then yes…I would increase the peacekeepers mix by 2/3 cup!

Hi! If you use the Kodiak Chocolate pancake mix, how much would you use seeing as you are loosing the cocoa powder? would you put an extra 2/3 cup to replace the cocoa powder?

I spray my paper muffin liners with 1-2 canola non stick spray and it works beautifully! My delicious muffins never stick any more to the paper!

Yes, that would work great as a substitute! You won’t need to use cocoa powder if you use the chocolate pancake mix.
