I had been craving gingerbread over the holidays but couldn’t find a WW friendly recipe. I stumbled upon this recipe and I’m so happy that I did. This is a delicious gingerbread with lots of flavor.

I followed the recipe, using the Kodiak mix, but made them into muffins for easier portion control. When I entered the recipe into the WW app—1 point. I did not add the frosting because it added another point and I didn’t think it needed it.

What a delicious treat for one point. Thank you for sharing.

This is the best dessert I’ve tried of your so far! I used the Kodiak mix so each slice is only 1 ww point for me, but this does NOT taste like a diet dessert in the least. Will definitely make again!

Absolutely excellent! I used Flourish Buttermilk Pancake mix instead of flour and Splenda brown sugar. Cake was very moist and spicy. Delicious!

You bet! For every 1 tsp of ground ginger, you’ll use 1 tablespoon ginger paste.
