It’s two ( 15 oz.) cans of oranges. You will use these inside the batter. If you would like to garnish with more, feel free to add more as a topping!

Really stupid question…is it 2 15oz cans or 2 cans equaling 15oz?
Do you fold all of them into the batter, or do you reserve some for topping?

I asked my daughter to make this for our Easter lunch today and it was really good! She used regular mandarin oranges (in light syrup) and it was 6 pts. for 1/12 of a standard cake pan. Would definitely make this again!

that’s a really dark orange cake. being a taste changer this would be the best possible recipe i can make for my kids because they are really choosy about desserts. this would be perfect for them thanks for great delicious post
