Hi Carol, Most grocery stores will carry a guacamole that is mixed with Greek yogurt which has less points and calories than regular guacamole. If you unable to find a light guacamole -I recommend using an avocado and mix it with non fat Greek yogurt, lime juice, diced tomatoes and a little garlic powder.
