My mom used to make this over 40 years ago when I was a child. We called it “Meal in One” and I loved it! I was surprised that this was almost exactly the same recipe, only changes were using lean beef or turkey and not using whole milk in the potatoes!

Have you tried making this with mashed cauliflower instead? Just wondering if it would come out similar for a lower point value.
