Great info! Thank you! Can you tell me how many points in 1 pump of vanilla or caramel syrup? Sometimes I add that to a nonfat latte.

Thank you for a wonderfully helpful post. I don't want to tank my WW program, but of course I want to indulge a little in my holiday favorites. There's enough information in your blog post to allow me to craft a drink that won't kill my SmartPoint balance. Also, I now know if I really want that Holiday Turkey and Stuffing Panini, I could split it with my daughter, save half for another day, or use weeklies.

Thank you so much for posting this information.

For ages now I have been trying to figure out the pts for a venti chai tea latte with almond milk and two pumps of syrup. I’ve been guesstimating it at about 6 or 7 pts So, I might have been guessing a bit low.

Starbucks has discontinued Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce Syrup. They have taken all of the Skinny lattes out of the mobile app. You can still order a Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte by selecting a plain latte, swapping out the milk, and adding the SF syrup (while it's still available), but I got confirmation from corporate that it is discontinued. I am so disappointed. I didn't think there were enough lower calorie options as it was, but I guess I'll be saving a lot of money and making lattes at home.

Hi Danille,

You're so very welcome! Yes, that is correct. The ounces are for the milk ounces not for the cup size. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for this Lindsay!! I am many others appreciate all the amazing work you put forth to help us all out!
I have a clarifying question. When you list the milks and the points values as 8, 12, and 16oz are they going to most likely be for the tall, grande, and venti because the remaining 4oz will be for the espresso and flavoring?
Thanks again!!
