					<description><![CDATA[This is awesome! I SOOO needed this. I&#039;m turning 52 tomorrow and my PCP just started me on blood pressure meds. I&#039;m 20# overweight and recently lost the 220# (if you catch my drift) that was making it VERY hard to stay on track when I was trying to lose weight. He was very, very good at sabotaging me to help himself feel better about his own weight issues. 

Last night I signed up on WW again, turned on my Mirror and downloaded the 5 billion updates that have happened since I last had it turned on, and did 15 minutes of cardio on it. 15 minutes was all I could handle, quite frankly. My goal is to use it every other day, building up the length of time I work out. And tonight I signed up for the PoundDropper StepBet challenge! I am DOING this!!! Woo hoo!!

Now to do what I originally came here to do: make a menu plan for the week. I love the new look, by the way! And I love your recipes. =)]]></description>
