Yes, they freeze well. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the freezer

Hi Mariann

I haven’t tried PB2 for these truffles. However, the low point peanut butter is used as the base of these truffles and gives them the creamy texture and is used as a binding agent with the melted chocolate chips. With that said, you can give it a try and see how they turn out.
