Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop or 1 sample packet of Angel Food Cake Devotion Nutrition protein powder
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp sweetened coconut flakes (toasted)
  • 2 Tbsp Mrs. Butterworth’s sugar free syrup
  • 4 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip

Directions:

  1. Mix protein powder,egg, extract, baking powder and water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well with a fork or wire whisk.
  3. Pour batter into a lightly greased waffle iron.
  4. Top waffle with toasted coconut flakes, fat free Reddi Whip and sugar free syrup.

Notes

  1. To toast the coconut: Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place coconut flakes in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until flakes are golden brown. Remove from heat.
