Made these today and it was an epic fail. They were only as thick as a pancake. My ingredients were all good. What could it be?

Can you use an apple sugar free juice? I love cider but too much sugar in it I am a diabetic.

Hi Michele

I haven’t tried using unsweetened applesauce for the apple cider for these donuts. I would recommend using the same amount and substitute the apple cider for apple juice, if you are unable to find apple cider.
