Boyfriend tried one and said it was almost like eating raw dough. Baked them for 10 minutes and they sat on the sheets for 8 minutes before transferring]]></description>

Thank you for reaching out. Keeping them fresh comes down to moisture control. I do recommend storing the leftovers the fridge and place a piece of wax or parchment paper in between them.
