Hoping they firm up after sitting there awhile. Boyfriend tried one and said it was almost like eating raw dough. Baked them for 10 minutes and they sat on the sheets for 8 minutes before transferring

Hi Rachel,

Thank you for reaching out. Keeping them fresh comes down to moisture control. I do recommend storing the leftovers the fridge and place a piece of wax or parchment paper in between them.
