Using a sugar substitute for the sugar topping can create a mouth-cooling effect vs. using regular sugar. The overall point value per serving is the same regardless if you use Lakanto or sugar.

Any reason why you don’t use the Lakanto white sugar to roll in instead of granulated? Would I lower the points if you could? Love your recipes!

Hi Robin, You can replace the Kodiak pancake mix with self rising flour. Kodiak just has the extra protein but is similar in points and is an alternative to the pancake mix.

Glad I found you. At some point would you try to figure out how many calories in one cookie? I’m following Hungry Girl diet and it goes by calories per day. Recipes look amazing but I can’t break my 1300 Cal per day. Thanks.
