Just made this with honey crisp apples in my instant pot. I don't like things to sweet so I only used ¼ cup sweetener. Grated some fresh cinnamon and nutmeg into it. It is delicious. I can’t wait to spoon it warm over some pancakes with a dollop (okay maybe more than a dollop) of whipped cream.

Hi Cynthia

I’m not sure why that is. All you need to do is push the PRINT button located at the top of the recipe card.

If you click “jump to recipe”-you’ll see a PRINT button at the top.

Thank you

Hi Julie,

Yes,

Yes you can. This recipe can be canned in a water canning bath by:

1)Pouring the hot applesauce into 1/2 or 1 pint jars.
2)Add 1/2 tablespoon bottled lemon juice for half-pint or 1 Tbsp for pint size size jars.

3)Leave 1/2 inch headspace at the top of the jars.
4)Put lids on. Process in a water bath or steam canner or pressure canner.
5)Water bath / steam for 15-20 minutes.

Thanks so much.
