This is the best recipe I have found for chicken in the slow cooker. And the tip for using your stand mixer to shred it is so good! It worked perfectly. All of your tips and suggestions are great, thank you for sharing.

I've been reviewing a number of recipes and continue thinking as I watch the videos that the portion sizes mentioned specifically in the recipes are not matching what is shown in the still images or video, at least from what it looks like to me. The breasts easily look like they are much larger than 4 oz a piece (just 1/4 of a pound), the 1T of taco seasoning looks like 2 to 4T. I am perfectly happy to find that the breasts are each 6 or 8 oz each fresh or frozen and that there is more than just 1 tablespoon of seasoning on the meat. I'm just newer to these recipes and feel confused by the difference from what I see in images and videos vs what the recipes say in print. I saw the lemon cheesecake video again today and thought, There is NO way that what she's pouring in from the custard cup is just one tablespoon of lemon juice. I feel like if I'm going to cook & bake, I want to know that the amounts of ingredients I'm using are going to be correct so that I don't waste my money (and even more importantly, time) on preparing foods that don't taste good because the ingredients were off in measurements. Please advise.
