I’ve been seeing this dip/spread going around TikTok, and I decided to recreate a lightened-up version. It’s so simple to make with JUST 3 ingredients—a block of reduced fat cream cheese, sugar-free caramel sauce, and Heath toffee baking bits.

What ingredients do I need to make this Lightened Up Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread?
- Light cream cheese – I use the block Kroger light cream cheese.
- Sugar free caramel sauce – I like to use Smucker’s sugar free caramel topping, you can find this at most grocery stores or online HERE on Amazon.
- Heath toffee baking bits-these are at most grocery stores neat the chocolate chips. Find them also online HERE on Amazon.
What can I eat with this Lightened Up Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread?
This spread can be eaten with:
- Pretzels
- Cupcake goldfish
- Graham crackers
- Vanilla wafers
- Apples
- Pears
How do I make this Lightened Up Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread?
Place the block of cream cheese on a serving dish.
Use the back of a spoon to create an indent in the center of the cream cheese.
Spoon the sugar free caramel sauce into the indent.
Drizzle over the top of the cream cheese, until cheese is fully covered.
Sprinkle the top with toffee bits.
Serve with pretzels, cupcake goldfish, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, apples, and pears.
