Made with pre-made refrigerated reduced fat crescent rolls, deli black forest ham, cheese, and flavored with Dijon mustard and garlic butter! Enjoy as an on-the-go snack, summer lunch or dinner, or make for a party appetizer!

What ingredients do I need to make these Easy Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Ups?

  • Reduced fat crescent rolls– I like to use Pillsbury or Great Value reduced fat crescent rolls.
  • Dijon mustard– for added flavor.
  • Thinly slices of black forest deli ham-I like to use Great Value or Kroger Black Forest deli ham.
  • Thinly sliced cheese-you could use swiss, provolone, cheddar, or mozzarella.
  • Light butter-melted. I like to use Land O’ Lakes light butter made with cancel oil.
  • Garlic powder-for flavor.
  • Dried parsley or oregano– for optional flavor and garnish.

How do I make these Easy Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Ups?

Pre-heat oven to 350℉ degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Slice each slice of cheese into three strips. There will be a total of 9 strips, but you will only be using 8 strips.

Separate the sheet of crescent rolls into the eight triangles.

Place crescent roll triangles on a prepared baking sheet or a flat clean surface.

Brush each triangle with Dijon mustard.

Place two slice of ham on top of the crescent roll then followed by a strip of cheese on the wide side of the triangle.

Starting with the wider end, fold over and roll up crescent roll, ham and cheese. After rolling, press the tip of the crescent roll down to seal.

If you hadn’t prepared them on the baking sheet, place the roll ups on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic powder.

Brush garlic butter onto the tops of each crescent roll-ups and sprinkle parsley on top, if desired.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from oven. Serve warm.
