To download the meal plan: select “Purchase” then click the underline title that says” One Week Meal Plan Recipes” on your receipt. This is located under “products.”
The PDF will upload and you can download the PDF to your desktop or phone and save or print it from there. Each meal has a direct link ( just click the title of the meal) and it will take you to the recipe on the website.
