Banana Snickers

These Banana Snickers are the perfect sweet-salty combo! Banana slices drenched in with peanut butter, sugar free caramel sauce, salty peanuts then drizzled with melted sugar free chocolate!

Who loves a good Snickers bar?! We do! They are a huge hit at our house! These Banana Snickers are essentially a healthy alternative to a snickers candy bar!
That’s right, sliced bananas smothered in a melted peanut butter, drizzled with sugar free chocolate, and sprinkled with chopped peanuts. These are a must-have for those chocolate cravings! My kids and I have been making these all summer long! These make for a quick and easy-healthy alternative to snickers bar-sweet treat!

What ingredients do I need to make these Banana Snickers?

How do I make these Banana Snickers?

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel bananas. Cut them in half and then slice those halves vertically. Line the sheet pan with bananas in a single layer.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in two 15-second intervals.

Stirring every 15 seconds. 

Spread the melted peanut butter on top of each sliced banana.

Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter, followed by the sugar free caramel (if using), and then sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top.

Place the bananas in the freezer for at least an hour.

Store any leftovers in an airtight, freezer-safe container in the freezer. Allow to thaw for 5 minutes before eating.

  • 2 Tbsp Better N’ Peanut Butter or 2 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter mixed with 1 1/2 Tbsp hot water 
  • ¼ cup sugar free milk chocolate chips- I like use either Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips or ChocZero no sugar added milk chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp salted roasted peanuts⁠, chopped 
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free caramel sauce, optional

Directions: 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
