This Copycat Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl is the ULTIMATE Breakfast Bowl. This Copycat Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowls are perfect for breakfast or even breakfast for dinner! This is an easy recipe my whole family loves. I love topping mine with Chick fil- A sauce, fresh salsa, sour cream, or a little sliced avocado!

What ingredients do I need to make this Copycat Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl?

  • Large eggs
  • Low fat cottage cheese-optional BUT highly recommend-gives the eggs that nice creamy fluffy texture and extra protein. I love the Good Culture low fat cottage cheese-it’s thick and creamy!
  • Great Value hash browns-southern style or shredded.
  • Just Bare chicken nuggets or frozen grilled chicken strips-you can find “Just Bare” nuggets at Target, Walmart or Sam’s club or make our WW copycat Chick fil-A nugget recipe. You can find frozen grilled chicken strips at most grocery stores such as: Kroger, Target, or Walmart
  • Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese- shredded or 2 Tbsp reduced fat three cheese blended, shredded

How do I make this Copycat Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl?

Line the air fryer basket or baking sheet with parchment paper.

Set air fryer to 400 degrees or preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place the hash browns and chicken nuggets or chicken strips in the air fryer. 

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown or in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Whisk eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl.

Spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray and pour in egg mixture into prepared frying pan.

Cook eggs until their reach your desired consistency.

Add hash browns, eggs, and chicken nuggets into a bowl and top with cheese.

Directions:

  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown (toss them half way through cooking) or cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Whisk eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl.
  5. Spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray and pour in egg mixture into prepared frying pan.
  6. Cook eggs until their reach your desired consistency.
  7. Add hash browns, eggs, and chicken nuggets or grilled chicken tenders into a bowl and top with cheese.
