This Honey Garlic Chicken is an easy chicken recipe! Made with only a few staple ingredients, so it can be made anytime. The sweet and savory flavors of garlic, honey, vinegar, and soy sauce has irresistible flavor! Made in one pan for an easy clean up!

What ingredients do I need to make this Honey Garlic Chicken?

  • Skinless boneless chicken thighs or thinly sliced chicken breasts– I love using thighs for this dish-they are more juicy and tender in comparison to chicken breast.
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black pepper- to taste
  • Garlic cloves-crushed or minced
  • Honey– for sweetness
  • Low sodium chicken broth-for flavor.
  • Rice wine vinegar or white vinegar-for that nice tangy flavor and a touch of acidity to balance out the sauce.
  • Soy sauce– low sodium.

How do I make this Honey Garlic Chicken?

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Spray a large skillet generously with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat;

sear chicken thighs or breast on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.

About 5-6 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl combined honey, garlic, low sodium chicken broth, vinegar, and soy sauce.

Whisk until well combined.

Pour the sauce over the chicken

and cook until sauce reduces down and thickens about 5 minutes.
