Best meatloaf I think I’ve ever made and my husband would agree! This will be my go-to meatloaf recipe from now on. I did mix some sugar free ketchup with Sweet Baby Ray’s sugar free bbq sauce fur the topping and it really added a nice flavor.

The 3tbsp of ketchup is added into the mixture. You can add more for the top, if desired.
