Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This Slow Cooker Taco Soup is filled with ground turkey, beans, corn, and taco seasoning.

Makes 6 ( 1 and 1/4 cup) servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
  • 1  can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1  can (15 oz.) pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 ( 15 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning powder

Directions:

  1. Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray and add ground turkey.
  2. Cook on medium high heat until ground turkey is cooked thoroughly.
  3. Add all ingredients into a crockpot for 4-6 hours on low.
  4. Stir and serve.
