What do I need to make this Zero Point Creamy Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Dressing?
- Jalapeños- fresh, halved, and deseeded. If you don’t want the kick the jalapeños gives this dressing. You can omit the jalapeño peppers all together.
- Cilantro- fresh, stems off, packed
- Non fat plain Greek yogurt, non fat plain yogurt yogurt, or fat free sour cream- even if you’re not a fan of Greek yogurt-you’ll love this dressing. The cilantro, garlic, and jalapeños cover up the tang of the yogurt. If you prefer- you can use fat free sour cream as a substitute-you can have up to 2 servings for zero points if using fat free sour cream. The yogurt and/or sour cream gives this dressing the creaminess!!
- Limes– for the juice
- Garlic– fresh or about 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- Kosher salt-to taste
- Unsweetened Almond Milk or Skim Milk-this is optional. Use to thin the consistency of the dressing or sauce.

How do I make this Zero Point Creamy Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Dressing?
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth or until you reach your preferred consistency. This can take a few minutes to ensure all the cilantro and jalapeños are pureed.
If desired, add a splash of unsweetened almond milk for a thinner consistency.
Pour dressing into an airtight jar or salad dressing bottle.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Thanks for your comment. I don't recommend freezing this dressing as it contains dairy which tends to curd when thawing after freezing!
