- Large eggs
- No sugar added ketchup
- Milk of your choice
- Small yellow onion– diced finely
- Italian style bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper-to taste
- Brown sweetener– this is optional to add to the no sugar ketchup for the topping. If you like a little sweetness to your meatloaf.
How do I make this Slow Cooker Lightened Up Meatloaf?
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, eggs, no sugar added ketchup, milk, onions, and bread crumbs. Sean with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, and shape the meat into a loaf on the bottom of the slow cooker.

Cover, and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, without opening the lid during cooking time.
Scoop out the excess fat and liquid with a spoon and discard.
