What ingredients do I need to make these Big Mac Egg Rolls?
  • Extra lean ground beef- I love using Laura’s Lean 96% ground beef. You could also use 99% ground turkey if you wanted, which is Zero points on the Purple and Blue myWW plan.
  • Worcestershire sauce-to flavor meat
  • Garlic powder-to flavor meat
  • Salt and pepper-to taste
  • Dill pickle– finely diced. I use THIS Wireless Mini Electric Food Chopper 2-Cup, Portable Small Chopper which makes dicing so much easier. If you don’t have a veggie chopper you can just dice them by hand.
  • White onion-finely diced. I use THIS Wireless Mini Electric Food Chopper 2-Cup, Portable Small Chopper which makes dicing so much easier. If you don’t have a veggie chopper you can just dice them by hand.
  • Shredded reduced fat or fat fee cheddar cheese– I use Velveeta Shreds
  • 12 egg roll wrappers– I use Nasoya Egg Roll wrappers
  • Sesame seeds- optional. Used for garnish.

How do I make these Big Mac Egg Rolls?

These Big Mac egg rolls can be cooked in the air fryer or baked in the oven. Here is the step by step for cooking them in the air fryer:

Spray a medium skillet with non stick cooking. Heat over medium heat, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook beef until no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain any excessive fat or liquid.

In a large mixing bowl combine, cooked beef, minced onions, and pickles. Stir until well combined.

Fold in cheese.

Place the egg roll wrapper in a diagonal, and spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of hamburger mixture onto the center of the roll.

Rolling from the bottom, roll halfway up, then fold in sides and roll tightly.

Seal with a drop of water and set aside.

Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers.

Spray the both sides of the egg rolls with non stick cooking spray oil.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place egg rolls into air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Air fry at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.

HI Lori

Yes, these egg rolls freeze great! Store them in a zip-lock bag and thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat!

Enjoy

WOW-Thank you so much for sharing! I had a tiny bit of leftover filling and so I mixed that with some of the sauce and ate it by itself. I can't tell you how much that and the egg rolls hit the spot! I air fried for 8 minutes but I think I could've done 10 to get them a bit more crispy. :)

These were so easy to make & so good. Would definitely make them again. The sauce was delicious. Makes lots of sauce. Tastes great over a tomato, cucumber & onion salad. Yum.
