- All purpose flour –gluten-free, if needed
- Cornstarch– gives the potatoes that nice crispy texture

- Tostitos cheese dip- warmed up

These can be cooked in the air fryer or oven.
In a medium mixing bowl combine diced potatoes and olive oil. Toss until evenly to coat.

Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, taco seasoning, and seasoned salt. Toss to coat until seasoning is well blended with the potatoes.

Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray or use an air fryer basket liner.

Place the potatoes into the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375° degrees for 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to work in batches.
