Easy Creamy Chicken with Noddles

This Easy Creamy Chicken with Noddles is a quick and easy meal to throw together and will be devoured by the entire family!

Makes 6 ( 1 cup ) serving

I like to use the “no yolk” egg noodles or whole grain noodles if you are following the WW purple plan for this recipe. These no yolk egg noodles are lower in points than most egg noddles. You can find them by the regular egg noodles at the grocery store or online on Amazon HERE.

Add cheese and stir until melted.

Fold in chicken util all ingredients have been incorporated.

Pour sauce over cooked noodles. Sprinkle parsley over the top.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. uncooked no yolk egg noddles or whole grain egg noodles if you have whole grain noodles as a zero point food item.

For the Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil -- they have stopped making the stick version of this? Do you use the tub version, or have you switched to something else? What stick butter do you recommend?

Hi Jennifer

Yes, they still make the Land O' Lakes light butter made with canola oil in the tub version. That is the one I use!

Thank you!

Do you use original velvet or quaso blanco?

Hi Erica

For this particular recipe I use the original queso. However, either one would work and are super delicious!

I was wondering if you could use unsweetened almond milk for this vs. skim milk? Thank you.

Hi Darren,

I haven’t tried it but I am sure you could use unsweetened almond milk as a substitute.

Thanks so much,
